The main gastronomic idea of the restaurant is a symbiosis of Caucasian and Russian cuisine, based on forest gifts and local delicacies in the author's performance. Original dishes are created by the chef based on old family recipes that are more than two centuries old. The menu features local specialties such as fern, burdock, mushrooms and berries growing in the surrounding area.

- A beautiful elegant place. The veranda is designed for a family, and there are areas for larger companies. There is a wall refrigerator with a selection of wine for gourmets. The cuisine is signature, no shashlik or lavash. Everything is beautiful, dignified, exquisite and expensive. And delicious. - A wonderful, unforgettable vacation for both body and soul. I really love the location itself near the Chvezhipse River, we often visit glampings here. The most popular are Les and River Side, the latter simply captivated us with its impeccable service, attention to detail, haute cuisine and general atmosphere of complete relaxation. We lived in a large company, in family suite category houses, there was enough space for everyone, we slept wonderfully. They complimentarily extended our stay until the evening, simply because we wanted to look at the squirrels, whose enclosure was just starting to be installed. This conquered me completely)) the restaurant is very, very tasty, on Monday evening, despite the small number of guests, there was live music with such a jazz & soul vibe.
